Bunny I Love
Colored pencil and markers, 2008 5"x7" (image size 3"x5") SOLD One night I arrived at a class and discovered that only one or two students had showed up. Boredom! Fortunately a student (Hi Laura!) took pity on me and gave me paper and some of her photographs. One of the photos was of this big topiary rabbit at the shop The Things I Love. Someone had left a jumbo set of watercolor markers in the classroom, and voila!, Mr. Rabbit was immortalized. Technically this probably shouldn't have been in Paint! Manassas, since I didn't do it en plein air. Really, I just put it in the exhibit to show up that pesky Rob (see A Little Lunch). |
